The hotel's location was convenient, right by the train station, with easy access to shopping. The rooms were comfortable, though not as cool as expected. I was amazed by my suite on the 27th floor with a fantastic view of Perdana Tasik. The room was massive, well-designed, and practical, featuring a huge bed and an amazing bath. However, there were some hiccups with the hotel service and the overall tiredness of the location.
