Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel's location was convenient, right by the train station, with easy access to shopping. The rooms were comfortable, though not as cool as expected. The staff was attentive and friendly, especially towards our children, making us feel welcome. The food in the restaurant was nice, although the service could be improved. The pool area was fantastic, along with the children's play area. Overall, good value for money with a welcoming atmosphere.
Staying at the hotel felt like entering a luxurious haven after a bustling day exploring the city. The rooms were pure luxury with king-sized double beds, incredibly spacious, and provided a wonderful escape. However, there was a bit of a wait of around 40 to 60 minutes to get settled in.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were perfect for my solo staycation, offering a great view and good amenities. The location, while convenient as it is just opposite the train station and mall, varied in quality from room to room and lacked accessibility to other places. The dining experience provided good quality food with a nice range of options, especially in Vasco's and the Executive Lounge. Additionally, the facilities met expectations, contributing to a somewhat satisfying stay.
The hotel is conveniently located above KL Sentral station, making it ideal for accessing public transport and getting to Kuala Lumpur International Airport easily. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, perfect for families. However, there was a faint smell of urine, which was unusual for a 4-star hotel. The service was generally friendly and helpful, but there was a slight issue of feeling ignored during a conversation. The dining experience had limited breakfast options and lacked variety. Overall, a good choice for its location and room size.
I was amazed by my suite on the 27th floor with a fantastic view of Perdana Tasik. The room was massive, well-designed, and practical, featuring a huge bed and an amazing bath. However, there were some hiccups with the hotel service and the overall tiredness of the location.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and the bathroom offered various shower options. However, there was a delay in getting my rooms ready, which was a bit inconvenient. The service, especially in helping me retrieve a forgotten item, was commendable, though there was an unexpected charge that caused some stress. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation hubs and shopping malls. The dining experience, particularly the breakfast variety, was enjoyable, but there were some issues with extra charges. Overall, a mixed but mostly positive experience.
The hotel is superbly located next to KL Sentral, offering easy access to transportation and being near the NU Sentral mall and KLIA express. The rooms are spacious, modern, and feature great facilities, including a sitting room area. The service is top-notch with attentive staff and excellent handling of requests, plus a range of convenient amenities available. However, the dining experience may be limited in variety, particularly for Indian cuisine, and the buffet line has time restrictions.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms had a faint smell of urine, which was a bit off-putting, but on the bright side, they do have two access points to the toilet/shower room and a lovely swimming pool to enjoy.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room with access to the Executive Lounge was great, and the swimming pool was perfect for my solo staycation. The room was lovely and very quiet, providing a peaceful stay.
