I found the pool area fantastic. my kids and i spent a whole day there. It wasn't crowded at all. the waterslide was awesome. The staff was very nice!
The room seemed outdated. there were no plugs near the bed. I could not charge my phone there. the entrance was hidden. It was hard for taxi drivers to find it

the receptionist didn't acknowledge my breakfast inclusion it caused some confusion. two fingernails were present on the table mats at graze restaurant it was off putting.

The hotel boasts a gym! It includes treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bikes. The breakfast buffet offered cuisines from India, Malaysia, and Japan. The pool area was also lovely on the 8th floor. The staff was helpful throughout my stay.
I found the bedroom lights operated on different switches, a bit impractical.

check in process was slow. i waited 20 minutes in reception. staff then directed me to the executive floor, only for the room not to be ready. i finally accessed the room at 4:15 pm, without a sincere apology.

The pool was awesome. I appreciated it after a long day.
I booked a Beautiful King Room. The room seemed a bit old. There were some stains on the carpet I did not like. The building looked like it was constructed more than a decade ago.
